Course overview
The objective of this program is to educate operational level project managers who have to design, organize, co ordinate and monitor projects carried out by internal or external resources. The teaching process is concentrating on the application of project management techniques as a means to enable graduates of the program to better deliver their clients who provide major constraints with respect to timelines, costs and technical performance.
