Understudies are totally engrossed in an hotel environment. They will be living in twin share hotel rooms. Meals will be served in the La Vista Restaurant onsite.
understudies will be familiarized to the food & beverage operation within the PIHMS hotel environment. Education will be of a practical nature with understudies responsible for delivering the food & beverage requirements of the hotel school.
